How are the delivery times ?

Delivery times vary between 4-6 weeks, but since the products have to be made specifically for the customer, the delivery time can also vary longer.

What payment options are offered by you ?

We offer credit cards (e.g. Visa, American Express, Mastercard), Paypal, Klarna and others as payment methods.

How long does it take before I get feedback from the customer service ?

You will usually receive a response to your message on the same day.

Is it possible to return individual configurations ?

No, custom-configured orders that were specifically made to the customer's specifications are excluded from our return policy. Because these products are customized to the customer's specific requirements, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges. We therefore recommend taking extra care with custom configurations.

How do I get information about my order ?

You will receive an order confirmation and your order number from us by email.
